Maybe I've been bamboozled by the K's but I think latest Kouple (Kim
& Kanye) may be really be in LOVE.
Yeah I know we all thought Kim
& Kris were in love too. But you can look at the latest pics of Kimye and Kim does look happy...
Kimye has also been going strong 73 days!!!! That's longer than the first K&K marriage lasted...
Do the piks tell a story of real happiness?!!
a little of this and that. sports, music, entertainment, life, politics, fitness and everything in between

Detox!
If you're like me trying to eat healthy and work out be sure to check out @doctoriansmith on twitter. He has some great information and he has been sharing information about the "3 day detox" the 3 day detox in a nutshell is:
"No soda or white bread. All fruits and veggies but no white potatoes. Must eat 4 small meals. No white rice or pasta. Whole wheat pasta ok.
100% whole grain or whole wheat bread is good. No cream sauces. Limit sugar. Drink as much water as u want. Stick to skim or lowfat milk.
No baked beans. Be careful of butter. Don't waste calories. Snacks must be 150 calories or less. Focus on crunchy veggies like carrots, nuts
Make sure u weigh urself b4 starting w/no or few clothes. Only weigh once a week! Walk or run 1 mile per day. If you can do more great:-)
As far as fruits and veggies. Eat as much as u want per day. No bacon or bread crumbs on salads. Only fat free dressing. Eat every 3 hr.
Remember. 4 small meals. 1 meal every 3 hrs. Snack if ur hungry. 150 calories or less. Drink lots of water before and after u eat.
