Work it out!!

For the last 3 weeks I have been on my workout GRIND! I am impressed with myself :-)
I am determined to run a 5k soon. So far I am doing 100% cardio! Starting July 1st I will be switching my workout routine up a bit.

I have also changed my eating habits. Lots of veggies, fruits, chicken and fish. The hardest thing for me is eating breakfast daily! I have never been a breakfast person!

Any workout tips you have for me or healthy recipes?? If so send them my way!
