The game basically takes you on a journey from downtown LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Calabasas, Miami, New York, Punta Mita, and Paris.
You start out as a no named person who wants to make it "Big" in the fashion world. You are basically Kim's assistant.
You can shop, work, and jet set. Your goal is to date, shop, build a brand and get from the "E-list" to the "A-list"
The game graphics are okay but it would be better if it were like the Simms where you character can move around. However people are playing non stop and reportedly Kim has already earned 35 million!
